Facts:  Defendant was a plumbing subcontractor working at a residential home site.  Plaintiff came to the site to deliver a bathtub for installation.  An employee for Defendant assisted Plaintiff in carrying the bathtub through the house.  While carrying the tub, Plaintiff fell approximately 15 feet through a hole in the floor.  The hole was created for the placement of a fireplace.  Plaintiff claimed Defendant failed to warn him of the existence of the hole and negligently maneuvered the tub in a way to cause him to fall through the hole.  Plaintiff sustained a closed head injury and herniated disks in his neck and back.
