Facts:  Decedent was a resident of Defendant's nursing home.  While under Defendant's care, the decedent began choking on food, and went into cardiac arrest.  Plaintiffs claimed the facility negligently allowed him to consume solid foods, negligently failed to properly clear the decedent's airway, and negligently performed CPR.  Plaintiffs alleged that had proper life-saving procedures been followed, the decedent would have survived.
