Larry J. Austin was the first attorney
to join the young Wallace and Saunders firm in 1964. He received
his law degree from The University of Kansas in 1957. He practiced
law for 35 years until
he retired in 1991. Mr. Austin's broad legal
experience included the areas of automobile negligence,
products liability, accounting and legal malpractice and family
law.
Barton Brown received his law degree from The
University of Kansas in 1960 and joined Wallace and Saunders
in 1966. He remains with the firm after retiring from active
practice in 1989 although he continues to handle some cases
on a selective basis. Mr. Brown's distinguished
practice focuses on civil litigation including professional
liability (legal and architect/ engineer/ contractor),
products liability, and a wide variety of other litigation
and insurance defense matters.
Richmond M. Enochs has been with Wallace Saunders since 1965, and he currently is a senior partner of the firm. He received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1963. Mr. Enochs' practice includes extensive litigation experience in several areas of law. He has represented product manufacturers, construction industry firms, and professionals in products liability cases, trademark/copyright disputes, and general liability claims. His reputation inside the courtroom is equaled only by his reputation among other attorneys, the legal community in general, and of course, the firm's clients.
