Facts: Accident occured in predawn hours on a gravel country road in Stone County, Missouri. Plaintiff was traveling to work and claimed Defendant, coming the other direction, crossed the center of the gravel road on a curve and collided with Plaintiff. Defendant claims he saw Plaintiff coming and pulled as far to the right as he was able and came to a stop. When Plaintiff saw Defendant's vehicle, she applied her brakes and skidded across the center of the road and collided with Defendant.

Claimed Injuries: Right ankle injuries, herniated disc at L4-5 requiring two surgeries, lost wages and loss of consortium

Damages: $22,000.00 in medical and approx. $3,000.00 in lost wages
