Overland Park, KS. (January 1, 2007) - Mark W. McKinzie, managing partner of Wallace Saunders today announced that Michael R. Kauphusman has been elected Shareholder and Director of the Firm and Nathaniel A. Dulle has joined its Overland Park office as an Associate.
- Mr. Dulle, earned his law degree from The University of Missouri at Columbia School of Law in 2004, and he received his undergraduate degree from The University of Missouri at Columbia in 2001. His practice will focus on tort insurance defense.

Overland Park, KS. (June 12, 2006) - Mark W. McKinzie, managing partner of Wallace Saunders today announced that Michael L. Brown has joined its Overland Park office as an Associate and Ryan D. Weltz will join its Wichita office as an Associate in August.
- Mr. Brown, earned his law degree from The University of Kansas School of Law in 2003, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2000. His practice will focus on insurance law, tort and personal injury, real estate and trucking litigation.

In March of 2006, Doug Hobbs, attorney in our Wichita office presented testimony before the House on Workers Compensation reform legislation on behalf of the Kansas Self-Insurers Association.
